Frequently Asked Questions About Blinds
Today, window blinds are available in various types, styles, and materials, with each serving a different purpose. While trying to find the most fitting blinds for their home, clients often have a ton of questions but often find answers difficult to come by. To ensure you have all your doubts cleared and are armed with the most accurate information, JJ Windows Covering has answered some of the most frequently asked questions about blinds.
1. How much do blinds cost?
We can arrive at an approximate estimate only after our professional sales/technician assesses your site. The cost of each blind will also vary depending on the chosen material, the size of the windows and whether it needs special installation tools.
2. How are the motorized blinds powered?
Currently, there are three different ways to power a motorized blind. They can be charged through a direct power outlet, a solar panel or even AA battery tubs can do the trick.
3. How do I clean the blinds?
The blinds usually do not need to be washed and dry cleaned. Using a vacuum machine to remove dust will be good enough. However, you can also use soapy water to wipe out the stains.
4. How much do you charge to estimate?
There is no certain answer. Our company always provide a free in-home consultation, but some other fellow companies may charge a consultation fee.\
5. How long till I get the products?
We don’t believe anyone can promise the exact date but the usual industrial lead time is between two to three weeks.
6. Do you have a storefront?
Our industry does not usually require a storefront because many of us believe it would be best to choose the style and fabric inside the clients’ house/site so that we can pick up the perfect matching solution for them.
